Jakarta, Sept 2 (ANTARA) - The panel of judges in its general consideration said defendant Abu Bakar Ba'asyir was not proven to serve as a leader of Jemaah Islamiyah (JI). "Given the facts, no evidence proves that Abu Bakar Ba'asyir to serve as a JI leader," Presiding judge Mohamad Saleh said at the Central Jakarta district court on Tuesday.
