Sep. 10--LEWISBURG, W.Va.--Senate Finance Chairman Walt Helmick, D-Pocahontas, said Tuesday that he wants to find out if the state could save money by consolidating management of the three health insurance plans it operates.
"We need to see where there's overlapping services, overlapping costs, and overlapping administration," he said.
