``BREAK up Great Britain'' is the rallying cry of all the leadership contenders in the Plaid Cymru elections.
And while we are negotiating the split from England and Scotland, Parliament must reduce public expenditure on the other side of Offa's Dyke to give us more.
It's hardly the stuff of serious politics but this is precisely the manifesto being promoted by the candidates for the top jobs in Plaid.
There is nothing wrong with advocating constitutional change. I favour the Assembly acquiring greater law making powers.
