VIRGINIA BEACH -- By this time next year, Town Center will be serving up a wickedly indulgent slice of the nation's top-selling restaurant.
The Cheesecake Factory is coming to Virginia Beach and will be in a new block of retail and office space to be built across Central Park Avenue from P.F. Chang's China Bistro and Town Center's office tower.
Armada Hoffler, Town Center's private developer, plans to break ground on The Cheesecake Factory's block this fall, one of three blocks in the mixed-use development's second phase that will start before the end of the year.
