Australian-listed Tempo Services has had a difficult time in 2003, with its share price falling by 21 per cent in the year to date. The stock closed at $A1.43 on 11 September 2003, in the wake of a 25.5 per cent fall on 2 September after the services group advised that its net profit will be below forecasts. Meanwhile, there has been speculation that Tempo's executive director, John Schaeffer, may seek to sell his 32.7 per cent stake in the company.
