SINGAPORE - Singapore's CapitaLand Limited (SGX:CATL) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, CapitaLand Asia Pte. Ltd., have entered into an agreement with TCC Land Co. Ltd to establish a joint venture real estate company in Thailand.
TCC Land is part of the TCC group of companies, one of the largest conglomerates in Thailand.
