Makassar, S Sulawesi, Aug 5 (ANTARA) - Indonesian Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam Yusbar Jamil has said the neighbouring country of 350,000 people has been employing about 30,000 Indonesian workers in different sectors. "Nearly 10 percent of the country's population are Indonesians who work there as lecturers, Islamic teachers, workers at refineries and employees at big companies," Jamil told newsmen here Tuesday.

Most of the Indonesian workers in Brunei Darussalam came from Central Java, East Java, West Nusa Tenggara, Kalimantan and South Sulawesi, the ambassador said after meeting South Sulawesi Governor HM Amin Syam.
