Seoul, July 29 (Yonhap) -- The opposition Grand National Party (GNP) said Tuesday it will increase activities aimed at improving the human rights conditions in North Korea and helping North Korean escapees.
Party officials said they will seek a parliamentary resolution demanding the release of North Korean escapees arrested by Chinese authorities and a special law to help those who were abducted by Pyongyang but have safely returned to South Korea....
