Sep. 12--MONROVIA, Calif.--While many aerospace companies have put their rotors in reverse, at least one San Gabriel Valley firm is climbing to new heights.
In the last year, Composite Structures, based in Monrovia, has stepped up production of its main and tail rotor blades for The Boeing Co.'s Apache helicopter, a major component of the U.S. military's Middle East operations.
