THE VIXENS IN "Cashmere Mafia" are a force to be reckoned with. They multitask, power-lunch and nurse Crackberry addictions. Hypercompetitive, they allow very little to get past them (or so they think). The show has much to offer any viewer interested in the gender wars: Care for a ringside seat at a mommy war? You got it. Male insecurity over female power? The double standard of the successful man versus the careerist bitch? They pop up too. In case you haven't gotten your fill of Showtime's "The L Word," premiering its fifth season Sunday at 9 p.m., "Cashmere" also brews up a lesbian affair.
