Sep. 13--ASBURY PARK, N.J.--Starting a new business anywhere can be a risk. But that risk was worth taking, said one businessman who saw a community here with a mission to help local businesses succeed.
William Staub, owner of the Artisan Well, a handmade gift and home decor business at 535 West Bangs Avenue, opened his shop after being convinced that Asbury Park is sincere in helping people open and maintain successful businesses.
