Sep. 15--Despite developers' marketing pitches, art and real estate don't have much in common. A new condominium in downtown West Palm Beach is looking to change that -- and it's going so far as to call itself The Whitney, after the famous modern art museum in New York.
"Obviously, we were inspired by the museum," spokeswoman Maribel Alvarez said.
To be built on Quadrille Boulevard and Evernia Street, the 209-unit condominium will blend "the best of urban and artistic living," Alvarez says.
