The Eastern Visayas Region will take center stage starting today up to Sept. 28 at the Best of the Regions in Intramuros. This colorful event highlights the provinces of Leyte, Southern Leyte, Biliran, Samar, Northern Samar and Eastern Samar and the cities of Tacloban, Ormoc, Maasin and Calbayog.
