Sep. 15--Despite some improvements, glaring weak spots in the country's defenses remain, Sen. Chuck Schumer said yesterday as he released a terrorism-risk report card.
The New York Democrat gave the feds an overall grade of C-minus.
"We toppled the statue of Saddam in the center of Baghdad, but we're still not doing enough to protect the Statue of Liberty in New York Harbor," he said.
