As if the whole wedding planning thing weren't enough, there's also a honeymoon to worry about.
And that's more than just a one-night party.
On this issue, the advice is the same: Take one. No matter where, no matter how long, no matter how extravagant or no-frills. Just take one. Years before I was even dating anyone seriously enough to be thinking of marriage, people gave me the same advice: The honeymoon is important. Why? Because the wedding is the work, the honeymoon is the reward.
So we'll take one, I guess.
But it isn't that simple; sometimes, life gets in the way. Some jobs aren't as easy to leave as others; some destinations ...
