With school back in full swing and after-school activities filling up many schedules, cooking for the diverse tastes of children can be a challenge. So, on a recent afternoon we played host to five hungry tween-age testers, from 11 to 13 years old. We prepared several recipes from the cookbook "Got 2 Go: Feeding Families Fast" by Kathleen Cannata Hanna and let the tasters rate them. Here's what they said:
LISA HAMM, 13
Attends Pierce Middle School in Grosse Pointe Park, Mich; her favorite meals include lasagna and pork loin. Hamm dislikes anything with spinach and corn dogs.
