RAWALPINDI Sept 15 (PPI): The gambling on prize bond numbers (Parchi) under the umbrella of Police is flourishing in Rawalpindi as most of traders seems busy in selling of the bond numbers at shops. In a PPI survey Monday, it was revealed the main dens of prize bond number's dealers were situated in Raja Bazar, Bohar Bazar and Sabzi Mandi (Vegetable Market) from where the small dealers who sell the "Parchis" on streets or on mobile phones get the serial numbers. Insiders disclosed that a small dealer called "agent" sells the numbers of 60,000 to 70,000 in 15 days.
