Victor Bezanilla, executive chairman of Besalco, the Chilean construction group, has said that the appointment of Jorge Spencer, former general director of Parque Arauco, as the new general director of Besalco Inmobiliaria, the group's real estate subsidiary, will give a new boost to the company's businesses, especially now that the construction sector is set to resume growth.
