ZWIJNDRECHT, Netherlands, Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Van Leeuwen Buizen's Process Industry division has been awarded with contracts worth more than EUR 15 million for the supply of pipes, fittings and flanges on realizing phase-1 and phase-2 of the Sakhalin Island project.
The Sakhalin Island project is the largest foreign direct investment project in Russia for oil and gas development on the northeast shelf of Sakhalin Island. Exxon Neftegas Limited, an affiliate of ExxonMobil, develops phase-1 which covers the Chayvo, Odoptu and Arkutun-Dagi fields. Sakhalin Energy Investment Company Ltd.
