The Navy's Material Financial Control System (MFCS) Retail Ashore Implementation Team was recently awarded the Assistant Secretary of the Navy's Financial Management and Comptroller (ASN FM&C) Team Award. The award was presented at the American Society of Military Comptrollers Professional Development Institute in New Orleans on May 28.
