The Fall 2003 kick-off reception for the 46th annual EBONY Fashion Fair in Chicago sponsored by the Chicago Inter-Alumni Council (CIAC) for the benefit of the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) was held at the Chicago headquarters of Johnson Publishing Company, Inc.
Volunteers loudly applauded the UNCF's Woodie T. White and CIAC general chair Jylla Moore Foster. Ph.D., when they presented personal checks of $1,000 to UNCF.
