RehabCare Group, Inc. (NYSE:RHB) today announced that C. Ray Holman has been elected to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Holman was Chairman of the Board of Mallinckrodt, Inc. until his retirement in 2002 and was Chief Executive Officer from 1992-2000. Through internal growth, acquisition and divestiture, he transformed Mallinckrodt from a diversified mini-conglomerate to a sharply focused healthcare company with specialty products for respiratory care, diagnostic imaging and pain management.
