LONDON -- International oil companies that received a draft of Kuwait's proposed operating service agreement in June submitted their comments by the Aug. 18 deadline, a Kuwaiti official said.
"All three consortia handed in their documents Monday and now their feedback is under study. We will try to accommodate them where it's possible -- and where it's not we'll tell them it's not acceptable to us," the official from Kuwait Oil Co. (KOC), upstream arm of state Kuwait Petroleum Corp. (KPC), told Oil Daily on Tuesday.
