In its annual report on Poland, Moody's Investors Service says the country's A2 ratings and stable outlook reflect advanced economic and financial integration with the European Union, as well as the country's solid prospects for medium-term economic growth and ongoing structural reforms. "Poland's debt maturity structure is favorable and its debt-servicing requirements are not onerous," says Moody's Vice President Jonathan Schiffer, author of the report. He adds that "foreign currency reserves are high, and the current account deficit is manageable."
