DEFIANT families today celebrated after blocking a scheme to open a sex shop within yards of a nursery school.
Campaigners said the bid to sell saucy lingerie and adult toys a stone's throw from the Birmingham school would have done nothing to stop the area's decline into a 'sleazy suburb' of the city.
