Article: U.S. Kimberley Process regulations meet July 31 deadline.

U.S. regulations were fully in place by the end of July, in compliance with deadlines set at the April meeting of the Kimberley Process, reported the World Diamond Council. July 31 was the deadline set for the implementation of regulations, after which, technically, non-compliant nations would not be eligible partners in the diamond trade.
