Sep. 19--A former downtown Milwaukee warehouse once targeted for demolition would be remodeled into 34 condominiums, according to a local developer's plans.
The three-story, 45,000- square-foot building at 728 N. James Lovell St. is owned by investors organized by Metropolitan Group, a Waukesha development firm led by Craig Jorgensen. He is also president of Voss Jorgensen Schueler Co., a commercial construction management firm.
