The Argentinean wine producers Bodegas Orfila and Cavas Santa Maria will merge their operations into a new company named Bodegas y Vinedos Orfila (BVO). The new company will begin operations as Argentina's second largest wine producer, with an annual production of 30 million liters of fine wine, behind Bodegas y Vinedos Andino.
