The Simsa (Compania Minera San Ignacio de Morococha) mining company is looking for a partner for its Tambomaria, San Roque and Tarmatambo projects, according to the managing director of the company, Mr. Humberto Montes, who adds that the Tambomaria project is the one which shows the most development possibilities, given that its reserves are equal to, or larger than the company's currently operating San Vicente mine. Although no contacts have yet been made with possible partners, Simsa intends to look for partners through the Lima Stock Exchange, and its program aimed at junior mining companies.
