Sep. 23--Under delisting pressure from Nasdaq, PharmaNetics has agreed to take its sagging stock off the National Market and trade on the SmallCaps Market starting Wednesday.
Getting bumped off Nasdaq's top trading tier will cost the Morrisville diagnostics company visibility with investors. But its standing on Wall Street is the least of PharmaNetics' problems.
