NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 23, 2003

Revlon Inc. (NYSE:REV) announced today that Debra Leipman-Yale, the Company's Chief Marketing Officer, is leaving the Company following a brief transition period. Replacing her in this role will be Stephanie Klein-Peponis, who currently serves as the Company's Executive Vice President, Chief Planning and Business Development Officer.

Of the announcement, Revlon's CEO Jack Stahl said, "In the 18 months that Debra has been here, she helped create a platform for growth that has allowed Revlon to re-energize its brands and begin to recapture leadership in the beauty industry."
