The 46th Annual GRAMMY(R) Awards will be presented in Los Angeles at STAPLES Center on February 8, 2004, it was confirmed today by Recording Academy(R) President Neil Portnow, Los Angeles Mayor Jim Hahn, President of Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) and STAPLES Center Timothy J. Leiweke, and CBS President Leslie Moonves.
