Funeral prayers for Alice Ford Bolin, 78, will begin at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, at the Norris-Walen Funeral Home, 132 Fremont St., West Chicago, and proceed to St. John the Baptist Church, Winfield, where a Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Born Oct. 27, 1924, in Chicago, she passed away Sunday, Sept. 21, 2003, at her home. Burial will be in the Assumption Cemetery, Wheaton. Mrs. Bolin owned and operated her own advertising agency in Chicago. She wrote for Life Magazine, Goldblatts Department Store and the West Chicago Press. Alice was a member of St. John the Baptist Church in Winfield. She taught for many years at St. ...
