SEOUL, Sept. 24 (Yonhap) -- A senior opposition lawmaker will be summoned next week on suspicions he misused the budget of the nation's top spy agency in 1995 while serving as the chief financier of the then-ruling party, prosecution sources said on Wednesday.Rep. Kim Deog-ryong of the major opposition Grand National Party will be questioned on the allegation he accepted 27.5 billion won (US$23.8 million) from Kim Ki-sup, then deputy head of the Agency for National Security Planning (NSP), in June 1995, the sources said.
