The Ohio Supreme Court today upheld the legality of a state law that generally prohibits individuals from carrying concealed weapons, overturning a 2002 ruling by Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Robert Ruehlman.
"It's insulting and disappointing and scary," said Cincinnati private investigator Chuck Klein, whose 2002 civil suit challenged the legality of Ohio's law.
