Integral Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:ITKG) ("Integral"), announces that it has settled all claims, including an $18 million claim, by a former employee, Joffre J. Rolland Jr., and his wife Robyn ("Rollands").
Pursuant to the settlement, Integral paid the Rollands $10,000 and issued them 37,500 shares of restricted common stock, and the Rollands provided a full release of any and all claims against Integral.
