Research by Sharp Corporation shows that its proprietary air-purification technology helps to control allergy symptoms caused by dust mites.
Sharp and a Hiroshima University research team conducted the joint study, the results of which show that Sharp's Plasmacluster Ion technology can render harmless mite faeces and mite bodies, both of which can lead to allergic reactions including bronchial asthma and atopic dermatitis.
