The San Diego Padres start their final series at Qualcomm Stadium tonight trying to finish the season on a high note, as they begin a three-game series against the Colorado Rockies tonight.

Qualcomm Stadium opened in 1969 and was known as Jack Murphy Stadium before switching its name. The Padres are set to celebrate several favorite moments at the ballpark this weekend. That includes 13 postseason games, two All-Star contests, Steve Garvey's decisive home run in Game 4 of the 1984 National League Championship Series, Rickey Henderson's 3,000th hit, and of course Tony Gwynn's final game.
