2003 OCT 5 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- Transverse resection is a new technique of reduction mammoplasty.
"In patients who undergo breast reconstruction after unilateral mastectomy for breast cancer, the contralateral natural breast is often disproportionately large in comparison with the reconstructed breast," scientists writing in the British Journal of Plastic Surgery report.
