ST. LOUIS, Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Prajna Group, Inc., a mortgage banker, has selected Kupper Parker Communications, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: KPCG) to design and construct a new mortgage lending website for launch in mid-October 2003.
