FOCUS Enhancements, Inc. (Nasdaq:FCSE), a worldwide leader in video production and conversion technology, today announced it has acquired the assets of DVUnlimited, a privately held, sole proprietorship that offers digital video (DV) file and standards conversion software.
DVUnlimited, based in Budapest, Hungary, was acquired with cash and stock. Attila Mezei, DVUnlimited's founder and president, will join FOCUS Enhancements effective immediately.
