Anybody with a fat wallet can go out and buy all sorts of pricey garden stuff. There's no end to what you can spend getting that garden of your dreams. But I believe it is the journey, not necessarily the destination that makes garden making so fun. And when you're on a budget, you've got to be open to exploring all sorts of unconventional design applications.
