Jun. 20--With little debate and fanfare, East Grand Forks City Council members Thursday unanimously passed the final approval of a long-range transportation plan to guide their city.
Unlike Grand Forks, which passed its long-range transportation plan Monday, East Grand Forks' plan does include an intercity bridge crossing at 32nd Avenue South in Grand Forks.
That plan is in line with the long-range plan from the Grand Forks-East Grand Forks Metropolitan Planning Organization, which oversees transportation planning for both cities. The MPO recommended ...
