Sep. 29--The competition for condos in the Atlantic Station mega-development in Midtown is reaching the fevered pitch of enrolling a child in an elite preschool on Manhattan's Upper East Side.
Potential condo buyers can attend receptions in October to rub shoulders with others vying for one of the 69 units in the Art Foundry phase of the Residences at Atlantic Station development to be available next spring.
More than 800 people already are on the waiting list for the condos being built by Atlanta-based Lane Co.
