As Wisconsin's elementary, middle and high school students begin another school year, parents should be worried about the quality of math and science education their children will receive this fall. Standardized tests show that our students are struggling. Congress could do a lot to help them succeed, both here in Wisconsin and in other states, if they make the kind of investments in math and science education our children need.
