REEDSBURG -- A group of volunteers in this Sauk County city of about 7,800 is trying to capture history with paint.
"It's a real good expression of the kinds of businesses that built these small towns," said Donna Neuwirth as she describes the mural painted on the side of the old woolen mill office she owns along the Baraboo River. "The river sort of becomes the fabric."
Neuwirth is coordinating a small group of volunteers as they try to paint the city's history in murals. The woolen mill mural was the first.
