SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Madison Marquette announced today that the company has acquired Bayfair Mall, an 820,000 square foot regional shopping center located in San Leandro, California.
Located approximately 20 miles southeast of San Francisco, the enclosed mall anchored by Macy's and Target was originally built in 1957. Madison Marquette's first priority will be to strengthen the retailer mix -- an effort already underway as the company is in serious discussion with several key retailers, including a number of family style restaurants.
