When it comes to our health, many of us can make two lists.
List No. 1: What we should do. (Exercise, eat right, etc.)
List No. 2: What we do. (Channel surf, supersize, etc.)
If you're at least 50 years old, then "Get screened for colon cancer" falls high up on list No. 1.
The unfortunate reality is it usually doesn't make list No. 2.
Surveys show that most people who should be screened for colorectal cancer are not, despite the fact that cancer of the colon or rectum boasts one of the highest cure rates when it's caught in the early stages.
