As a Catholic, I am disgusted by the actions of my church leaders; as a human being, I am filled with sorrow.
The church's recent letter to the editor is offensive to anyone who thinks the church should be a moral authority.
Earlier this week, there was a story in The Kentucky Post regarding Paul Arbogast and his suspension. The former priest and current teacher was suspended for "substantiated claims of sexual misconduct."
I would like the Catholic Church to explain how a former priest accused of something so vile gets suspended and a teacher who was remarried and whose annulment is pending gets immediately fired. It seems to me that the "grave offense of Catholic ...
