WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 (AScribe Newswire) -- As Republican leaders press forward with a plan to prohibit water pollution liability claims against oil companies for a gasoline additive that at trace levels can render tap water undrinkable, a new report has found a dramatic increase in detections of the chemical in public drinking water supplies.
